Options Trading

Page 2: What really matters?

What really matters?

I have been thinking a lot about it and found that it does not matter how much you have, or how many successful transactions you have concluded on the stock market, or how much you know about options.

If you look at your own life from a higher perspective, this is completely unnecessary.I know that this sounds unusual from me, but if you think about it, it does not matter in a higher dimension.

Then what matters

To have fun, to be present at the given moment, no matter what the moment brings.Let's say, you have an average of 40 more years to go. 40 years = 14600 days! It's only up to you, how you live these 14,600 days. Convulsively, stressed, under pressure? If you feel good, the stock market will work in a different way. If you are forced to do it, because you "have to earn money," or "must get back the previous losses", then you're going to accumulate more losses. If you feel the tension in yourself, you have to let the thing off for a while and do something else temporarily. You will not be able to make money in a stressful, compulsive situation.

You have to be relaxed and you have to enjoy what you're doing

I am not forced to trade on the stock market, it is my hobby, I'm feeling good when doing that.

There were times - especially at the beginning - when it was very stressful, I wanted to 'win' the money back and wanted to accumulate more. Of course, I failed. In these cases, I stepped back a little and let it go. There is never a missed opportunity, the market will always offer something. I realized that I never miss anything - and did not miss!

You have to be relaxed and you have to enjoy what you're doing

If stock exchange is not your passion, if you are not feeling well while doing it, you had better stop it. In such a situation, loss is guaranteed. If you fall asleep stressed, you are constantly worried about your trades, then something is wrong. Either the market is not for you, or you apply bad risk management strategies (eg. you do not know the opportunities of options). You can easily decide whether the market is for you. Observe yourself before, during and after trading.

Watch your body in the meantime. The physical body gives you a lot of signals.

If you have spasm in your stomach while doing it, your heart beats faster, you have a headache, you are dizzy - these are not good signs!

In such a situation, you cannot think with a clear head, you can make only emotional decisions. Emotional decisions = 99% chance of loss!

You have to be relaxed and you have to enjoy what you're doing

Watch the traders who have successful deals.

They do not have spasms, they do not have stress, they enjoy what they're doing, therefore they take the money out of the market relaxed and easily.

And most importantly, they love what they do, they are not forced to trade on the stock exchange.

You have to be relaxed and you have to enjoy what you're doing

In order to do trading well, you have to feel well yourself and enjoy what you're doing. Do not trade because "she demands the money" :)

The conscious presence is one of the most important prerequisites for success.

I recommend you reading Eckhart Tolle's two great books on the subject:- “The Power of Now”- “New Earth”
