What People Ask Cleaning Services Before Hiring Them Working in professional cleaning services industry can be a mixture of many various and controversial emotions. On one hand there is the frustration of doing certain routine tasks, which may be fun and exiting while you learn how to perform them well, but once you get the hang of things, it can become a real pain. On the other hand there are many happy moments. Especially when the team is great and you have fun while on the job. Also you meet a lot of great people. And it's not true that every customer is a douche-bag. It's quite the opposite. Often hey are nice and friendly folk, quite cheerful. When you arrive on the job people begin to ask you questions about your work. I don't know whether it's because they wish to know more about your work, or they try to evaluate the quality of it. Many of those questions are about how you do business. And so, I've decided to answer them here, all at one place. One of the questions that my friends ask me is why should someone hire a professional cleaner at all? How hard can it be cleaning a home? Well, it isn't just that. There are certain things which some people are unable to do. For example - what if you have to move out of a rented apartment in a hurry and you haven't cleaned it in a while? This is one of the usual reasons why people tend to hire end of tenancy cleaners . Another one is that you'll be able to turn the cleaning time into personal one. Many people are really busy and really need cleaning services. Another common question is who will be cleaning? Will there be a single maid dispatched, or a whole team? This depends on the job, really. Where sometimes you have a two room apartment, which needs quick cleaning we may send you two cleaners. On the other hand if you are not in a hurry one person can do the job all right on its own. I'm sure that every cleaning company has their own policies as to team management. An opinion is common among people who don't use cleaning services. I believe they are the ones who kill the industry. Usually they are mid-aged folks, which have never even considered using professional cleaning services. Those people have no idea how it works and live with the delusion that professional cleaners are something reserved for rich people. Not the case. In fact, professional cleaning services are becoming more and more available for the common households. It's the fast paced lifestyle of 21st century which demands people spend more time working, creating and resting, while leaving their basic needs to be satisfied by a third party. It is completely normal. The most awkward question which people ask me, surprisingly, is whether it is OK to leave a tip. YES!

about your work, or they try to evaluate the quality of it.

This is one of the usual reasons why people tend to hire end of tenancy cleaners.

YES!

It's completely fine to do so. In fact, this only shows your appreciation for great services.

A lot of people are frightened by reports that some house maids actually steal objects. A serious company hires employees with a clean record. Even if there is something dark in the persons past, a lot of companies keep those people on a short leash. It's nothing horrible! They simply keep the track of every cleaner they send on a job and often even cleaning teams work with a supervisor, whose responsibility is not only to keep track of the cleaning performance, but to be held accountable for any mishap that pay happen. Also, in 99% of the case I've witnessed the real "stealer" is the client himself. Often they put an object in a tough to reach place, forget that it's there, and then blame the easiest person to blame - your humble servant.
