organise for maximum effect. Let them be a little
temperamental, pedantic and exacting. They only want
what’s best for the project and everyone involved.

This resourceful team member will know how to, or will know
someone who can. Just be very clear on what you want and it
will happen, and don’t ask too many questions either.
The Critic This iconoclastic team member will be
casting perceptive eye over the whole project.
When everyone else is getting caught up in the fervour, this

nothing to chance. Others will doubt this member’s loyalty to
the team, but you’ll know that they are just ensuring that you
all deliver what the brief has promised, and if a few egos get
