How to Register a Building?

Click “Building Registration”

Fill in the form giving accurate details asked inclusive of city, sate and country.

Check boxes for the facilities the building have

Once done, click Add.

Add numbers to each feature added and click “Add”

How to Register a Building

The Buildings List would be displayed as follows;

How to make Announcements?

Click Building from top bar and select announcements

Select Building Name from the dropdown for which announcements are to be made.

Write announcements and click “Add”

Record of all previous announcements would be shown on the same page.

How to Make Resolutions?

Click Building from top bar and select resolutions

Select Building Name from the dropdown for which resolutions are to be made

Write resolution in the comment box and Click “Add”

To add maintenance bills and water bills, one needs to click Dispatch that allows to add maintenance & water bills.

Water bills can be sent to specific tenant by selecting the tenant’s ID. All the added tenants would be shown under the dropdown.

How to Add Bills

Share & Add Community Images and Stay Up to Date.

To add an image in the community building, a user has to Go to Images,

select the specific building from the dropdown.

Click Add images and browse required image to select

Add description and click Upload.

The added images would appear as shown below that can also be shared with multiple social media pages. This is how you can market your location well that would additionally enhance it’s market value.

Similarly One can add multiple other features of the community through building management system, e.g.

Complains Water reports Maintenance Report Owner Report Tenant Report User Report Adding user to each tenant Discussions etc.
