2006-07 with programs and courses aimed at financial
literacy, entrepreneurship and global marketplace.
JA partners local business and civic organizations with area school systems.
Volunteers from these organizations teach courses in economics, personal finance, and business ethics in grades K-12.
Volunteers also serve as role models and mentors for students, sharing their work and professional experiences, showing them the “real” economics of life.

operating companies. Volunteer consultants from local businesses assist students with
