Overview

What has a magician gOt tO dO With yOur business?

All magicians are required to perform with impact, intrigue and credibility to captivate their audiences. You too can learn the magic behind their communication skills to enhance your impact at work.Breathe Magic Into Your Work offers a unique opportunity for staff working across a range of industries to practise, develop and improve their communication skills, presentation skills and team building skills from a refreshingly different perspective. Delivered by a team of Magic Circle Magicians and Body Language Specialists, we use the principles of magic as a tool to teach highly effective communication techniques to enable all staff to be more efficient and productive in their workplace. Our trainers have a proven track record through working with some of the largest companies in the world (BP, Nokia, PWC) to improve both individual and team performance.

This cutting edge training programme is designed to break down barriers and drive improved performance and outcomes by using magic to change the way that people think, interact and respond across a range of business situations.

The course is taught through a series of interactive exercises, which are engaging and fun, but above all, they are extremely practical and highly effective.

The principles of magic are based on human behaviour and how we all communicate. The same skill set is required for success in business. Our trainers will work with you to achieve the following:

how will breathe training improve individual and team performance?

• confidence to deliver your formal or informal presentations with clarity and assurance

• a more personal informing and listening style

• improved team morale and rapport through a shared appreciation of the value of clear, interpersonal communication

• greater awareness of your own style of verbal and non-verbal interaction, and the impression this creates on those around you

• the ability to engage an ‘audience’ and maintain their attention and understanding, whether it be for internal meetings or larger groups

in addition, all attendees will receive possitive feedback on strengths and constructive feedback on areas requiring improvement.

We tailor the length of all training programmes to ensure that we meet the specific aims of the group or individual we are working with. Our courses are delivered through practical based exercises and feedback, and are outcome focussed. Feedback from our clients tells us that greater benefits are gained from programmes that are 1 full day or longer.

We are able to work intensively with small teams or deliver workshop-based programmes for larger groups. We also offer opportunities for individuals who would like more intensive coaching on a 1-2-1 basis. This would be of particular benefit to those who may have a presentation to deliver and therefore want to ensure the maxium impact.
