Create and uphold a vision. First of all a man without a plan can never create a vision nor will have the motivation to be successful. Dream big

and envision massively. When you have successfully made this, then it’ll be easier to do

the rest.

Facing your Fears. Entrepreneurship is like a horror movie, not recommended for the faint hearted. By

default, you should be a risk-taker. If not, then time to take the risk and face your ultimate fears. Don’t

worry, if you’ll fail, you have all the chances to learn from your mistakes.

Knowing your Goals. Begin with the end in mind every day. Having the end in your mind

every day is the key of working towards it. Know, set and execute your goals. Don’t forget

to remind yourself every day.

Know your Audience. A wise entrepreneur should know the needs and of course, its

consumers. You can’t just put up a business out of nowhere. Make sense? Know how your

audience spends, know their needs and address them with your products.

Ask for your customer’s input and complaints. You need to know the inputs of your customers;

accept them and learn from them. Do not be discouraged with negative inputs and

complaints. Make it as an avenue to develop your business or product even further.

Outsource or Hire. Decide whether you want to hire or outsource some of your office jobs or you

just have to hire. Somehow, this would depend on your budget but for starters, it would be best just

to outsource some of your office jobs.

Spend wisely. It doesn’t mean that when you start your business you have to go all-out. Test the waters

and spend your capital investment wisely. This doesn’t just have something to do with the financial aspect

but also with your time and energy. Spend them wisely, too.
