What does the MOC logo mean?
SIR is pleased to provide five face-to-face Maintenance of Certification Self Assessment Modules at thisyear’s meeting.� Case-based Review: Embolization� Case-based Review: Peripheral Arterial Interventions� Case-based Review: DVT & filters� Case-based Review: Pediatric Interventions� Case-based Review: Oncologic Interventions
The Case Based Review categorical courses will include questions to which you will respond using anaudience response keypad. Your responses will be recorded and compared to other learners in thesession. Look for the MOC logo next to the session listing in the daily schedule.
Requirements for participation in these sessions include:� Pre-registration—available online only� On-time arrival (attendees who arrive late cannot provide MOC responses—and therefore are ineligible
for MOC credit)� ALL questions must be answered via the audience response keypad� A valid email address on your registration—we will be communicating with you regarding the MOC
sessions via email both before and after the meeting
