Stop wasting other’s time and money by working on something nobody wants.
Build incrementally proofs of traction.
1/ Don’t fall in love with your idea
Talk to people.
2/ Have a vision, and build it incrementally (*).
Think big, start small.

3/ Focus on finding customers first(understand and prove the value)
