have going on. How did you get involved in it? What do you think is most beneficial? Do you take several vitamins every day or is it an alternative treatment for antibiotics when sick?

So…What are they?
Simply Put…they are medicines that God has provided usthrough the nature He created.
They are the aromatic liquids that are cultivated, harvested, and steam distilled from selected plants and plant parts. Highoil and low oil yielding plants …determines cost of the oil.
They are very concentrated and potent. One drop ofYoung Living peppermint oil is equivalent to 26 cupsof peppermint tea.
They have healing properties for the mind, body, and spirit.

With sin brought sickness and disease. God created specific plants to fight sickness, plagues, and diseases.
Are essential oils a fad?Not new! Used in Biblical times and by ancient Egyptians, Romans, and other cultures. They obviouslyknew something back then that most of us do not.

All oils are NOT created equal.Dr David Stewart, DNM, PhD, author of the 600+ page
book "The Chemistry of Essential Oils Made Simple" says it perfectly: "When your life and your
health are depending on it, you cannot afford to use oils whose chemistry and origins are uncertain. I have
complete trust in the quality and integrity of Young Living oils. That is why I will neither use nor consider
any other brand."
Here is Just ONE Difference…
Therapeutic Grade Oils...Are pure oils obtained in a proper manner from correctly identified plant species, offering naturally occurring, therapeutic properties. Perfume Grade Oils...Are oils modified with synthetic chemical components to attain the desired aroma but which do not possess therapeutic constituents or the qualities of a real essential oil.

So…Where do you start?
Start with your medicine cabinet…
Ibuprofen does not prevent heart attack or stroke. The fact is that people who take ibuprofen may have higher risk for having a heart attack or stroke. Those who take NSAIDs long-term may have higher risk. Ask your doctor about your risk for having a heart attack or stroke. Tell your doctor if you or family members have had a heart attack or stroke, if you smoke, or if you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes. Do not take ibuprofen right before or after heart bypass surgery.
Ibuprofen can cause bleeding and ulcers in the lining of the stomach or intestines. If you have bleeding or ulcers caused from taking ibuprofen, there may be no symptoms that you will notice. There is greater risk if you take ibuprofen long term, are an older adult, are in poor overall health, or drink three or more alcoholic beverages per day. Talk with your doctor. Your doctor will decide if ibuprofen is the right medicine for you.
Tell your doctor about all your medical conditions. Make sure to include if you have gastrointestinal conditions or asthma. Give your doctor a complete list of all the medicines you take, including all over-the-counter medicines and herbal supplements. Ibuprofen may be dangerous to take with some drugs, such as blood thinners. Some medicines and over-the-counter products contain ibuprofen and could lead to an overdose.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding. Women should not take ibuprofen in the third trimester of their pregnancy. It is not known if ibuprofen passes into breast milk. Your doctor will decide if you should take ibuprofen under these conditions.
Ibuprofen can cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any side effect of ibuprofen becomes severe or will not go away. So, how do oils work?

So, how do we USE them?
TOPICALLY• Rub/massage directly onto an area. Some oils
are “hot” and need to be mixed with a carrier oil like coconut oil.
• Can add one kind or layer several• Bottoms of feet, wrists, behind ears, spine• Second fastest way to the body is on the feet.
Oils move to nerve pathways and throughout the body and the healing molecules of the oils helprestore proper functions.
Inhalation
• Diffuse• Rub a couple of drops in palm of hand, rub in
a clockwise motion, cup hands, and inhale deeply.
• Fastest way is via the brain is through the nerves in the nose. The brain sends signals through the nerves to where the pain or anxiety is located.
Internally
• Add 1-3 drops in a glass of water, rice milk, almond milk, goat milk, or carrot juice and drink
• Apply a drop with finger inside of cheek or with a q-tip inside of nostrils
• A drop under tongue• Add drops to a vegetable capsule and swallow
