There are lots of fun things to see in Spot’s world. Each page is full of things to point at and name - from boats to butterflies and clouds to cats.

But who is that in the mirror? YOU! 

This book is great for introducing new words and sounds.

l Make sounds to go with the pictures on each page, this will help get your baby’s attention and develop their listening skills.

lTake a walk around your house, look out of the window or go outside and see if you can hear and spot some of the things in the book to show your baby. Name the sounds you hear and point to where they come from.

Musical conversations l As you sing with your baby, sing with lots of expression - smiling or looking excited or surprised or sad.

l Move around or wave your hands. Do they copy your movements or sounds?

l Repeat their actions and see if you can go back and forth like a game of catch.
