What can I find in the Library and how to utilize it?

All documents relevant to the 53 Global markets where Nu Skin is available can be found in the

Library. The Library works with a search function and the document details can be typed in for the

search (eg. South Africa Distributor Agreement)

Step 1:

Go to www.nuskin.com – Select South Africa and Login using your Web Login Information

Step 2:

Open the Library Search Engine

Step 3:

Enter the details of the document, presentation or video that you are looking for

Step 4:

Search through the list for the required document and save the updated version on your computer

** Please ensure that you search all the documentation on the Library as all the forms for South

Africa have been modified and updated with the launch of the New Office, no outdated

documentation will be processed **

All completed documentation can be emailed to [email protected] for processing as our

Distributor Support Representative is responsible for all document processing.

Herewith a list of all documentation necessary for account changes through the Local Support

Office:

• Merges Requests

• Sponsor Changes

• Account Reinstatements

• Associate Requests

• Direct Deposit Authorizations

• Sale Of Distributorships

• Trade Show Requests

• Scanner Lease Applications

• Policies And Procedures

1. To receive commission payments a Direct Deposit form has to be submitted to Distsupport

2. To Change a Preferred Customer to Distributor (Change of Status Request & ADA)

3. To Change Distributor to Preferred Customer (Change of Status Request)

4. To Reinstate accounts (Reinstatement of Account & ADA)

ADA is applicable to Preferred Customers as well to ensure that the updated details are on the account

5. For accounts wanting to Merge ( Merge Request Pack)

6. Sponsor Changes, 6 months inactivity to be eligible (Sponsor Change Request & ADA)

ADA applicable to Distributor accounts only

7. Add Associate to an account (Associate Request & ADA)

8. To participate in Expo’s or shows, a Trade Show Request has to be submitted 4 weeks prior

to event
