What are the implications of lucid dreaming on consciousness and identity?

Dreams are a whole new world within our subconscious. The vast majority of people don’t know

how to efficiently visit this world.

We can dream up to roughly an hour and half and have 28 to 42 dreams a night.

Everybody you see in your dreams is somebody you have

met before in real life. Your dreams are essentially a reorganization of your

memory.

Dreams let you re-enact events in your life and your ability to remember dreams enhances this ability.

Once you remember dreams, you can interpret them and learn your own psyche.

Dream interpretation holds the key to all our subconscious fears and desires. It was Sigmund Freud who first discovered this.

Lucid dreaming is the ability to tell that you are dreaming..

After you can recall your dreams; you need to be able to pick up queues within your dream that

discern that world from reality.

With the awareness of the dream comes complete control over it.

Within dreams there are an infinite possibility of scenarios and outcomes!

Nightmares are projections of yourFears and anxiety's. To face your nightmares is to face

yourself and your own fears.

In a lucid dream you can overcome obstacles before thought impossible.

The obstacles in your dream will have parallels in the real world.

Dreams are a vector for artistic inspiration. Dreams allow inspiration to come from nowhere.

In fact; Dreams provide insight on anything you put your mind on prior to falling asleep.

This means that if you are having nightmares, you are very deeply thinking about your fears or have repressed them greatly.

People may set out to lucid dream to control the flow of inspiration and fear that goes on in their life.

Lucid dreaming is like meditation in the fact that it is about self discovery.

Lucid dreaming can give us more freedom in our dreams and over ourselves.
