Youth and Family workers from the various organizations that are apart of this collaborative work gather together and create forum to discuss the various issues (i.e. teen parenting) and topics they individually deal with in the service areas they provide, enabling them to collectively create new solutions and methods of addressing these issues as well as sharing information with each other on experiences and providing support. This builds community.
