West Side Preschool Registration Information For the 2021-2022 School Year

“In House” Registration begins Sunday, March 28, 2021, at 3:00 PM. “In House” registration is for families who are currently enrolled, and alumni families who were previously enrolled in West Side Preschool and/or for families who, with their children, are active in the programs of West Side Church.

Public Registration begins Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 11:30 AM – and is for new families.

If your child has a developmental disability or other special need, please contact the preschool office for a conference (946-4656, ext. 2) prior to registration.

If you were registered for a 2-3s class this 2020-21 year, your $100 Registration Fee will carry over and you’ll only pay the $25 difference.

In-House Registration: Sunday, March 28 – 3:00 to 4:30 PM

Where: West Side North Sanctuary – Check-in will be outside the glass doors on the south side of the building

When: Registration will begin at 3:00 PM. The Check–In cart will be rolled outside the glass doors at 2:45 PM.

Who: One person from or for the family for social distancing. Please call the preschool office if you have questions.

How: At Check-In you will sign the Preschool Visitor Log, sanitize your hands and then you will be handed a number. Seating in the Sanctuary will be staggered – find a marked chair. Numbers will be called in order to add your student to the class list. Follow the exit arrows as you exit the Sanctuary.

What: Bring your completed Registration Form (both front and back sides) AND the $125.00 non-refundable registration fee. The Registration Fee for a sibling registration for the same school year is $75 each. Please make your check to West Side Preschool.

How to register during Public Registration: On Thursday, April 1 at 11:30, registration will take place in the West Side Church North Sanctuary. The procedure will be similar to that used for In-House with adjustments for time. Check-In will begin at 11:15 AM outside the glass doors on the south side of the building. You will sign in, sanitize and get a number. You may send another family member or friend to complete the registration. We may begin calling numbers before 11:30 if the line is short. You may call the Preschool office prior to Thursday morning to check on class availabilities.

Classes may fill quickly. If you arrive after the classes are filled, we will put your name on the waiting list. There will be changes over the summer. Waiting lists often work! If someone other than yourself is registering your child for you, be sure to have him/her add your child’s name to the waiting list.

When you come to register, please have a completed registration form (filled out on both sides and signed). We do not need birth certificates, immunization or any other records for registration.

A $125.00 nonrefundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. The Registration Fee for siblings registering for the same school year is $75 each. Please make out your check to West Side Preschool.

After Thursday, April 1, please contact the Preschool office to verify the availability of openings. We will work with you to collect the Registration Form and Fee.
