WeSERV Expo Vendor Contract Thank you for deciding to be a vendor at the WeSERV REALTOR® Expo this year! Vendors are a

crucial part of any Expo. We are glad you chose ours.

Please ensure that you read this contract thoroughly to understand the terms of the WeSERV

REALTOR® Expo.

2020 WeSERV REALTOR® Expo Hours are 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

Set Up: 7:00-8:45 AM Set up will begin at 7:00 AM on the morning of the Expo. Please ensure that you check-in with a

WeSERV team member and that you have completed your set up by the Expo start-time of 9:00

AM. Unfortunately, we do not allow vendors to set up the night before.

You can enter the Renaissance Hotel from the large garage door by the Renaissance parking

garage structure or by the two sets of doors in front of the Media Center. Please remember to

bring carts, boxes, or anything else that you will need to help you carry items inside. Neither the

Renaissance nor WeSERV provide carts to transport your materials.

Teardown: 1:00-2:00 PM Teardown will begin at 1:00 PM. Please do not initiate teardown, packing, or abandon your booth

before the close of the Expo. This activity is disruptive to the attendees and sets the tone to the

REALTOR® attendees and other vendors that the event is over, which it is not.

In the event an Exhibitor begins to tear down their booth before the close of the WeSERV REALTOR®

Expo, the Exhibitor and their company will be unable to pick their booth the following year until

two (2) weeks after the expo release date.

All vendors who are still set up after 1:00 PM will be entered into a raffle drawing to pick

their booth with Diamond Affiliates (earlier than general registration) the following year.

Please ensure that all people representing your booth are aware of the setup and teardown rules.

Consistent non-compliance with this issue could lead to additional penalties for future events.

If, in advance, you know you may be running late or must leave early, please contact our Events

• There isn’t pipe and drape separation. • Be mindful of those around you, using only your space.

Table space will be color coded by industry. Please choose your table away from another already chosen within your same industry. View the at-

tached listing of companies to see who has chosen which spaces. • Standard space is 10’ x 10’ with 2-6ft skirted tables, 2 chairs & a wastebasket provided.

• Premier space is 10’ x 20’ with 3-8ft skirted tables, 2 chairs & a wastebasket provided.

• There will be pipe and drape separation.

• Both electricity and Wi-Fi are an additional cost paid directly to the provider. Please review the included agreement. Fax your electricity and Wi-Fi needs to 480-518-8089. Payment will be collected by the Renaissance.

• Set up is from 7:00-8:45AM on Friday, September 25.
