The rest of the process• January: Prize conference• 3 March: Deadline for entries• March: Judges draw up a shortlist (five entrants)• April:
• Shortlisted entrants invited to refine submissions• Award of £5,000 £10,000 worth of smaller "Light Bulb"
prizes for specific outstanding ideas
• August: Entrants resubmit (and pick up £10,000)• September: £250,000 winner announced
