True story

Wendy Shuttleworth an international transformation facilitator, coach and change agent. She has successfully facilitated training programmes for more than 10 000 delegates internationally. Wendys two decades of experience is in-depth as it is expansive. Wendy is particularly adept at developing leaders and facilitating change at every level in an organisation to help teams and people be highly effective. Wendy has a National Diploma: Organisational Transformation and Change Management, National Certificate: Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices, National Certificate in General Management, a National Diploma in Human Resources Management, a National Diploma: Business Consulting Practice, a certified coach and a mini MBA.She is a mom, wife, an intuitive, educator, author, with both corporate and one on one experience, who loves people and life. She was abused as a child and again later in my adult life (verbally and physically) and had abusive, co dependency patterns and self sabotaged her own goals. She struggled for many years to trust and love knowing that she had a part to play in all the patterns in her life. With all her qualifications in this field, she found to live it fully in a meaningful way has always been her challenge. Wendy survived and found her own inner joy. She developed techniques, workshops, counselling and ways of living in todays world, to be all you can be. Wendys journey was hard and her life mission now is to make this journey as easy as possible for others who might be in similar circumstances.
