barely visible to the naked eye – from “brush strokes” to individual leaves on a tree to

tiny waving flags in a faraway landscape – their talent is truly unsurpassed. A die can

take anywhere from one day to eight weeks to create. As true artisans, our die engravers

“sign” their work by hiding their initials in each design.

Hand crafted by jewelry artisans in our studio in Exton, Pennsylvania. Our

team of jewelry designers use components from our Wendell August metals, at

times recycling our beautiful dies, as in our first collection, called “Upcycled”. A

collection of this recycled jewelry is offered to our wholesale partners beginning in

2012. Beginning July, many of our best selling jewelry concept designs are being

Prepaid orders will be held for seven business days to allow for funds to clear. A fee of $50 will be charged on return checks. For Net 30 terms, customer must pay within the terms. Wendell August reserves the right to terminate open terms on non-paying or slow-paying customers without additional notice, and change the customer to “credit card only” for future orders. Additional orders will not be shipped to customers who have unpaid balances outstanding over 30 days. NEW ACCOUNTS REQUIREMENTSProof of business ownership, including Federal Tax ID number, State Sales Tax Exemption certificate, bank information, and two industry trade references from suppliers, each with a phone and fax number. METHOD OF SHIPMENT1. All merchandise is shipped FOB point of origin Grove City, Pennsylvania, using the best value method possible. Small shipments are made by UPS ground or FedEx Ground. The customer is responsible for freight costs. We would be happy to use your UPS, FedEx or other transport numbers at your instruction when placing the order.2. Wendell August Forge will charge a $2.50 insurance fee per carton on all UPS and FedEx shipments. Payment of their charge will allow you to submit claims for credit, due to damage incurred in shipping.
