Welocalize Pay Portal: Quick Overview Once you complete a project, make sure to invoice it on the Vendor Portal within 90 days. Your invoice will be processed with 45 days of receiving it. Once your invoice has been processed, you will be immediately notified by the Pay Portal. After a one-time set up, you will be able to pay yourself immediately (automatically, if desired) directly to your bank account.

Welocalize Pay Portal: Quick Overview

Once you complete a project, make sure to

TRANSFER CENTER

The Transfer Center provides a consolidated view of every transfer

method that has been setup in your account. You will have the ability to

add, or modify your transfer methods as well as setup automatic transfers.

To access the Transfer Center, simply click on Transfer in the navigation menu

after you have logged in to your Welocalize Pay Portal account.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The data is defined by classification levels, ensuring that sensitive data is only seen by the appropriate parties. These classification levels are recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) special publication 800-122. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit by SSL (TLS v1.2).

When sensitive data is not in use, it is continually encrypted by volume level storage AES-256 encryption.

NOTIFICATION CENTER

The Notification Center keeps you well-informed about any new account

activity. After you login to your account, you will be able to view the

Notification Center on the right-hand side of your dashboard.

Mobile users have come to expect a more streamlined experience when it comes to viewing a website on a smartphone or tablet device. The Pay Portal’s mobile-friendly website design provides a simplified payments experience on any device to ensure you are able to view, manage or make payments on the go at any time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I activate my account? Welocalize will automatically create your Welocalize Pay Portal account on your behalf. Once your account has been created, a new activation e-mail will be sent containing instructions on how to activate your account.

How do I know when I’ve been paid? When you receive a payment, it will automatically be credited to your Welocalize Pay Portal account. Each time funds are credited to your Welocalize Pay Portal account, you will receive a notification via e-mail.

Can I transfer funds from my Welocalize Pay Portal to my bank account? Yes. The Welocalize Pay Portal allows you to transfer funds to your bank account, prepaid card or buy additional product from your sponsoring organization.

Can I transfer funds automatically to my account? Yes. The easiest way to manage your payments is to setup an “Auto Transfer”. Once an Auto Transfer is set up, each time you receive a payment, your funds will automatically be transferred to your registered bank account, prepaid card or other available payment options.

Can I review my transaction history? Yes. From the Transfer Center you can review all of your transactions which will be organized in chronological order and see the details of each transaction. Simply click any account balance to view your transactions, set filters to refine your search or download and save your transactions.

Are there any fees associated with Welocalize Pay Portal? Welocalize has switched to the Pay Portal system because they have the lowest fees. US-based payees will have no fees associated with their transfers. International payees will have the lowest fees available.

Is there technical support available? Yes. The support is offered 24 hours a day – 7 day a week support by phone and email in English and Spanish. They also offer phone, email, and/or chat support in 5 other languages. In addition, Project Managers and Talent Managers are available to walk you through the basic functionality.

Additional information on the new features of the Welocalize Pay Portal can be found under the “Resources” menu located on the right-hand side of the website, once logged in.
