Wellsite Drilling Supervisor Tristar Resource Management 2011– 2013Surge Energy. Reported to Tristar’s Hugh Rennie Drilled 1800m Monobore horizontals with a TVD of 500-600 mMD in the area surrounding Waskada, MB. 2300m horizontal wells around Provost, AB.Drilling Coal Formations for Oil 2700m horizontals in Long Cooly County region of Alberta. of the rig and cost efficiency because I obtain a “get It Done” Attitude where as I spend countless time with the rig crew helping/training them on what all needs to be done. I am a Team Player as well as a boss. I have never been over afe costs unless a problem in the well comes to be. (which rarely happens) I do not believe in getting unnecessary equipment and also strive to lower costs at all times.
