Description: The KPI Dashboard is a tool for easy access to key data of the project. It shows Key Performance Indicators for each important part of a Well Project (HSEQ, Quality, Delivery/Schedule and Cost). The dashboard view displays the performance with animated charts. Some parts of the dashboard are being used in weekly performance reports and also in information channels for the drilling project. May be customer defined – entrance to other applications is possible.
Time to set up: KPI's need to be set up and the access to database sources need to be organized. When this is done, it will take around one week of work to set it all up.

Fig. 01 Description: The Map tools are used to plan and visualize movement of cranes or
vessels. The Safe Lifting Tool makes it easy to plan safe overboard lifting which is especially important in projects with many subsea structures, to prevent damage from dropped objects. The Map tools can also be used with high-quality, detailed maps, i.e. to plan safe sailing between templates or avoid hitting something on the seabed.

Description: Helps well engineers keep track of equipment sent to the rig, which items are on rental and where they are located. Vendors create booking requests for equipment planned for the rig inside the system. When submitting the booking request, the supply base will receive a notification by e-mail and uses the application to confirm arrival. In a similar way, the rig confirms arrival of items, and may use the system as rig inventory, sorted by vendor or by rig location area. Vendors also confirm return of material using the system, ensuring no items on rental are left beyond time frame limits. Pilot in use at Ormen Lange - West Navigator and on Gro II - Aker Barents.
Key features: Better control supervising equipment location. Automatic emails. No need to “hunt down” equipment. Equipment lists are constantly updated. Helps identify weaknesses.

Description: RTOL (Real Time Operating Limits) is a tool used in operations where West Navigator runs LRP, EDP or X-mas tree. The system reads actual measured current data (current meter onboard vessel and wave buoy/Radar data) and compare these to the riser analysis. Having this information the system will display the max allowable real-time operating conditions, based on the ISO 13628-7 requirement of a utilization of 67%

Description: The Training Matrix (UIE Wells Training) is a sophisticated web application where all employees can administrate their own training records. The system is part of the WellOffice™ Suite from Flinke Folk AS. The main benefit of using Training Matrix is that every individual will have his/her own training records and documents available on a single location. This provides executives with a complete overview of training inside their department/company. The matrix lists courses by category and shows if they are mandatory, recommended or optional for each role and region. Electronic copies of course certificates are stored for each course that has been attended. Courses with an expiry date will issue an e-mail warning prior to expiry to the individual and his/hers training coordinator (3 months and 1 month before), as well as a notification on actual expiry. The individual’s own records are mapped against the company’s own predefined roles. The training coordinator may access list gaps and expiry date status.

Description: Weather Forecast The Weather Forecast is a oil field area specific weather portal. The Weather Forecast data are sourced from Storm Weather Centre, Norway and / or from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, Norway. The forecast includes the most used parameters offshore (Significant Wave Height, Wave Period, Wind Speed, Wind Direction, Visibility etc..). In addition to the forecast feature, the application includes observations from the weather radar on the drilling vessel, and observations from the wave buoy. The current profile from the current meter onboard the vessel is also available. A database stores all the forecasts data and the observations. It is possible to go back in history to compare the forecast with observations, and to make statistics.
