This monthrsquos Wellness Champion isbusy Mother of 3 Marina Christmanfrom SS - Accommodated LearningCentre Outside of work Marina spendsmost of her time chasing her 25-year-old twin boys around the yardor playground Marina also has aten-year-old son that keeps her quiteactive She found that the best wayto burn off that energy most childrenseem to have is getting them outsideto run around in the fresh air Marina explained that they often go
