Terms &ConditionsTERMS: The terms of the sale are cash, cheque, or previously arranged financing. Settlement is to be made following the completion of the sale, to the clerks of the sale. Animals will not be released until settlement is made. All monies are in Canadian funds.

DISPUTES: Bidding will be re-opened between the parties involved in a dispute. If there is no advance by either party, the buyer will be the person from which the auctioneer received the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision is final in these cases.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made from the block will take precedence over any printed material from the catalogue. Therefore buyers should pay close attention for such announcements.

BREEDING GUARANTEE: All cattle are sold as sound and right and sell with a “Responsible Breeder’s Guarantee of Satis- faction”. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the regular sale terms and conditions, standard with the CanadianAngus Association shall apply.

SOUNDNESS EVALUATION: All bulls will have passed evaluation for physical & reproductive soundness by a veterinarian. All bulls will be semen tested prior to delivery and will have be accompanied, at time of delivery, by a semen certificate that meets or exceeds the CAA standard of 70% .

RISK: Ownership risk to the purchaser commences when the auctioneers hammer falls. Insurance is available sale day.

LIABILITIES: All people attending the sale do so at their own risk. Although every precaution will be made to ensure the safety and protection of both buyer and the livestock, the auctioneer and the sellers accept no responsibility in this matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of an accident or loss of property.

DELIVERY: Delivery will take place in the first two weeks of April, where we will do our best to get your your bull(s) as close to you as possible, If you are unable to have your bull delivered by April 20th they can remain at Spruce View where we will continue to develop your bull at a cost of $3/day and at buyer’s risk (insurance suggested). You are required to pick your bull up if you choose this option.

SIGHT UNSEEN: For sight unseen purchases contact Shane Castle or any of the Sale Staff and they will make every attempt to pick a bull that suits your needs. If you are not happy with their selection you are not obligated to take it. To place phone bids contact Shane @ 306-741-7485 Sale Day.

RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS: The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following the sale constitute a separate transaction and releases the original seller from their obligation.
