Value of User Reference

• Collaborators’ concerns with lack of control over their records• Who can edit and needing to ask for changes• Lack of notification and approval

Cons:•You face each of the challenges mentioned•Non-record owners are more likely to create duplicate records•Can’t have dueling unit customizations – record owner’s unit customizations win

What’s next for the feature?• User Reference: User Notifications on

Linked Records (2 pts)With this enhancement in place, a user would receive a notification whenever a record to which they have been linked is created or updated.

• User Reference: User Reference Linking Queue (6 pts)This enhancement would give users the ability to approve or reject records to which they have been linked before they can be included in their reports.
