Something old...Jervaulx Abbey

Set in over 100 acres of beautiful parkland, the ancient ruins of Jervaulx Abbey are a truly Historic, Beautiful, Tranquil and Atmospheric setting for your romantic wedding venue.

The Abbey and the surrounding landscape are just breath-taking and could become a perfect location for any bespoke occasion.

Something new...The Chapter House

Located at Jervaulx Abbey Tearooms, our Chapter House room is fully licensed for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships.

Seating up to 60 guests, this stunning room with high ceilings and oak beams, is a beautiful setting for your wedding vows.

Legal Ceremonies can be held every day allowing you to legally marry on one day and hold your Blessing Ceremony with a wedding reception in the Abbey on another day. After your ceremony your guests can celebrate the newlyweds with welcome drinks in the Abbey before your evening reception.

The AbbeyThe perfect outdoor location with a central aisle leading unto a stunning view of two Arch windows. We include 100 chairs for a blessing.

We work closely with Countryside Events to supply superb stretch tents which can be hired to provide cover should the Great British weather demand.

Within the walls of Jervaulx there are many unique stunning areas which have particular appeal. You can choose the location for your welcome drinks.
