FAQHow do we celebrate birthdays? In third grade we celebrate birthdays with a “no-food” policy. To celebrate your child’s special day your child can choose a book that they can read to our class. Your child will have the opportunity to visit the prize box in Mr. Gardella’s office.

What about our snack time? A healthy and simple snack is best. Snack time is approximately 10 minutes and it is typically a working snack. As a reminder please send your child’s snack in a separate bag or container. SNACKS MAY NOT BE SHARED!

How can we keep our classroom healthy? Please keep your child home when they are sick! When in doubt check the guidelines: http://www.chatham-nj.org/Page/5123All medications must be administered by our nurse and must be “stored” in the nurse’s office. (even cough drops)
