When should I make reservations?We suggest making appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure reservation times are available. A credit card number will be required to hold any appointments for non-resort guests.

Are group bookings available?Absolutely! Our Spa Group Coordinator will create a memorable visit for your group with personalized attention to detail.

When should I arrive?Plan to arrive at the spa at least 25 minutes prior to your first scheduled service. This will allow you time to change into a robe and relax in our lounge. If you are enjoying a salon service, it is necessary to arrive only a few moments before your service begins.

Do I have to be a Resort guest to enjoy the spa? The Spa at Kingsmill is open to overnight Resort guests and members of The Club at Kingsmill.

What should I wear and bring to the spa?Casual and comfortable clothes are recommended. We provide a locker, robe and slippers for your use during your visit. Please leave valuables and any jewelry at home or in a safe box in your guest room. We also recommend guests bring their bathing suits to enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools.

What if I arrive late or cannot make my scheduled appointment?Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us 24 hours in advance for á la carte services, and 48 hours in advance for spa experiences in order to avoid a 100% charge. Unfortunately, arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment.

What is the service charge policy?An 18% service charge will be added at the point of sale, which will be allocated to your therapist. In appreciation of outstanding service, additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.

What is the age limit for spa patrons?The Spa at Kingsmill requires that spa patrons be at least 17 years old. Teen spa services are available for guests 12-16 years of age; however, an adult must accompany guests younger than 14.

Should I tell someone about any physical, medical or allergy concerns?On your health questionaire, please remember to let your service provider know if you are pregnant, have allergies to fragrances or certain products, have sensitive skin or if you have any physical issues you would like to discuss. Certain medical conditions and medications can make some treatments inadvisable. We highly suggest that you consult with your physician prior to your visit if you have any health concerns.

Is lunch offered at any time throughout the day?The Spa Cuisine Lunch seen in our Full-Day experiences can be reserved with any spa treatment for a fee. Our menu includes sandwiches, wraps and salads that are delicious yet light, along with desserts that will leave you energized and ready for the day.
