Between these six forms of compensation you are able to earn up to 35% commission on your personal sales volume (if you qualify for the Personal Sales Volume Bonus and Team Bonus) plus either 4% or 8% on the sales generated by others you bring into your organization. As your organization grows you can also earn Generation Overrides as a Senior Director or higher.

ActiveA Consultant is considered active when they have submitted at least $25 PV in a month.

Personal CommissionPercentage paid on personal retail sales. The consultant will retain this commission at the time the order is placed, (which is 25% for all consultants). Retail sales items include full-sized products; samples and supplies do not qualify towards personal commission.

Personal Sales Volume BonusA bonus paid to all consultants when their personal volume for the month is $1,500 in retail sales or higher. Personal Sales Bonus is added to the commission check each month a consultant qualifies. Examples: A consultant with $1,500 in sales for the month would receive a $75 Personal Sales Volume Bonus (5% x $1,500) on their commission check. A consultant with $2,000 in sales for the month would receive a $100 Personal Sales Volume Bonus (5% x $2,000) on their commission check.

Sponsoring BonusA bonus paid to all Senior Sales Consultants and higher rank on the PV of all personally sponsored Sales Consultants or higher rank. In order to qualify to receive a Sponsoring Bonus at SCON title your PV must be $150 or higher regardless of grace period.

Team BonusA “Team” is a Director and all downline consultants excluding other Directors or higher rank (breakaways) and their downlines. The Team Bonus is paid on the total Team Volume (TV) for the month.

Generation OverridesA bonus paid to all Qualified Senior Directors and higher rank on the Team Volume of their downline Directors and higher rank.

Promotion BonusA one-time (lifetime) bonus of $400 paid to a Senior Director and above when a Director is promoted from their team, paid in four $100 installments. Requires 3-month qualification simultaneously for the Senior Director and the new Director before Promotion Bonus is issued per the requirements of a Director Promotion.

Director BonusA one-time (lifetime) bonus of $1,000 paid to a Senior Consultant after they have promoted to Director, paid in four $250 installments. Requires a consecutive 3-month qualification period before Director Bonus is awarded. Complimentary ‘Director in Training Program’ sponsored by Home Office (3 part recorded training call series) required for promotion to this title.

Q: Are there any monthly sales requirements?

A: A consultant needs to submit $25 PV in a month to remain an active sales consultant.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A: No, there is no minimum dollar amount required to place an online order.

Q: Are there any requirements to earn commissions on my personally sponsored recruits?

A: In order to receive commissions on those consultants, you need to be a qualified Senior Sales Consultant, which requires only $150 a month in sales once your title has been achieved.

Q: Do consultants pay for the Hostess’ free gifts?

A: No, the Home Office pays for the hostess credits (10% of party sales + additional rewards for parties over $400). When entering Party Orders online, the software calculates the free products for the hostess and they do not come out of the consultant’s earnings. A party order consists of one hostess + 3 guest orders and the hostess earns free shipping if the party reaches $200 or more.

Q: How are Lemongrass Products different than other skin care products on the market?

A: They are some of the freshest, most gentle products available. Our products are date-stamped when they are made. Our consultants do not need to carry excessive inventory because products are shipped direct from the factory, offering exceptional freshness and effectiveness.

Q: How ‘natural’ are Lemongrass Products?

A: All Lemongrass products are 97-100% all-natural. We challenge you to compare labels with any company boasting natural ingredients! We use the finest vegan oils, such as Olive, Grapeseed, Shea, Mango and Jojoba and essential oils such as Mandarin, Lavender, Spearmint and Grapefruit, to create products that are moisturizing and healthy. Lemongrass products do not contain phthalates, parabens, mineral oil, petrochemicals, gluten or harsh preservatives.

Q: How long does it take to receive my orders?

A: All orders are shipped within 7 business days of receiving your order. Usually orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within just a few days and depending on your location, will arrive within a few days of shipment. You may track your shipments by viewing your order in the back office. Orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

Q: May I sell Lemongrass Products on Ebay, online stores or retail stores?

A: No. To maintain the quality and integrity of Lemongrass products, Independent Consultants are prohibited from selling on Ebay, online stores or retail stores. Consultants should advertise their personalized, replicated website to their customers for convenient online shopping. Special advertising needs approval by the home office.

Q: What else do I need to get started?

A: Consultants find it helpful to invest in inexpensive foot tubs to provide foot treatments for party guests, hand towels, folders or clipboards, pens, and a calculator.

Q: How do I get started?

A: As soon as we receive your online Consultant Agreement and order for your Consultant Success Kit ($129 plus tax) your kit will be shipped. You’ll receive email notification with your password to enter the back office software and instructions on setting up your own replicated website. If you wish to purchase the Sheer Minerals Success Kit after purchasing the Spa Success Kit for $129 upon enrollment (or vice versa) you may do so by calling the home office at (303) 838-6336. Your sponsoring consultant can assist you with tools to get your first spa party scheduled and she’ll direct you to our Learning Library (Lemongrass University) and Facebook Community Group where you’ll learn more about the product ingredients, business tools, sales flyers and more.
