Prepare a proposed resolution paper which:1. summarises the climate change issue in your country2. states a proposal for global action and targets.
This paper• should be no more than 1 side of A4 and follow a specific format• must be seconded by a delegation from another country• must be submitted to the UN Council by 11:35.
