Welcome to The Lewiston, at The Loch Ness Inn
We are pleased to have achieved the Taste our BestAward in association with VisitScotland.
We are proud to source, where possible, qualityScottish ingredients for our menu items, staying as‘local’ as possible! Our location in the Great Glen givesus a significant advantage with The Black Isle to thenorth with its high quality arable farming; Glen Affric tothe west with large tracts of moorland supportingvarious types of game particularly deer; and thecoastal region to the south and west which is famousworldwide for shellfish. We are lucky to have TheApplecross Inn as our sister hotel and that relationshipgives us a great opportunity in sourcing fresh shellfish.
Our Provenance map is on the rear of the menu andinside you will find references on our dishes that willhelp you to identify where our produce is sourced.
