Using the New Client Presentation1. SAVE all five of the Library of Slides PowerPoint presentations to your

computer.

2. REVIEW each Library of slides sections. Customize these sections to provide specific details about your location, business, and marketing activities.

3. INSERT your final presentations into the slide design template that you choose. There are four templates to choose from. Select the one the best represents your offer and keeps the presentation fresh from meeting to meeting.

4. Review and edit your final presentation. Make sure the information on the slides is enough for the client to understand the message even if you leave the presentation behind and do not have the opportunity to present it personally.

5. Schedule your quarterly client meeting and share this presentation with them. Be prepared with speaker’s notes, leave behinds and samples of some of the activities you are discussing.

How to use this Slide Design Template

Put your cursor on the slide within your presentation where you would like the inserted slides to follow, then Click “Insert, Slides from Files”

Browse on your computer to where your complete customized presentation section is saved

How to use this Presentation Template

Insert the slides you would like from your customized client presentation. You can select slides or click Insert All

Make sure “keep source formatting” IS checked

Repeat with each library of slide section

• Repeat this process with each section from your library of slides.

Don’t forget to delete all the instructions!

• Delete all instruction slides before finalizing and sharing the presentation with your client.
