to alteration, depending on the number of entries received.

The organiser reserves the right to combine or cancel sections, if and when

studio/dance club.

ENTRY FEES The Entry Fee is R460.00 per dancer which includes the following:

Entrance to dance, irrespective of how many sections entered.

Dancers have free entrance into the Sun Arena & Warrior Hall for the

full duration of the “Giants” festival.

Includes a commemorative T-shirt, a souvenir programme and free entry to the

“Achiever Finals” in the Sun Arena. PLEASE NOTE : Should a dancer ONLY be competing in Ballroom or Latin the entry fee is

R460 per couple. However should the dancer be taking part in any other discipline other

than a Ballroom and Latin couple they are required to pay the R460 entry fee per

dancer

Entry Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. NO ENTRIES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROOF OF PAYMENT

DANCE FLOORS The dance floor will be divided in two for certain sections where appropriate for that

section / heat. 20m wide x 26.2m long.

Performing Arts Floor: 11m wide x 9m.

EXHIBITORS Limited Space is available and on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in

GAMING There are gaming facilities at the Sun Central & Sun Soho Hotel. Gambling for persons

18 years and over. Sun International supports the National Responsible Gambling

Program.

OFFICIAL COMPETITION VENUE Sun Arena & Warrior Hall

PARKING Sun City Main Gate entrance fee: R75 per person (subject to change) which includes

transfer from the main parking lot to Sun Central.

People who booked their spectator tickets through Computicket need not pay the

gate fee. Please produce your tickets at the gate.

RULES

Trainers need to be aware of the various rules pertaining to the different disciplines

that fall under the SABOD and SADTA associations. These rules are available on

request.

SPECTATOR TICKETS Computicket sales open on 5th March 2018. Spectators will be able to purchase

entrance tickets to the BOTG All Styles Dancesport Festival from any Computicket

outlet, as well as from the REGISTRATION VENUE FOR BOTG IN THE LUPATA ROOM –

Located on upper level on the right hand side of the Sun Central at Sun City.

Cost: R130 Adults, R70 for kids under 12 years & R100 for pensioners & MVG card

holders. This is for a full day irrespective of arrival times. Dancing is in two venues: Sun

Arena and Warrior Hall, with unreserved seating. Sun City Central Security will manage

this process.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE FOR THE COMPETITION The Tentative Schedule for BOTG will be sent out shortly.

T-SHIRT ORDERS & SIZES Dancers all receive ONE commemorative T-Shirt as part of their entry fee.

T-shirts are to be ordered as follows:

For Freestyle, Disco, Ballroom & Latin Dancer entries, the t-shirt size order must be

completed on the cover sheet on page 14, 15 & 19 and emailed to

Non-dancers (teachers, spectators, students, parents etc) who wish to order a

commemorative t-shirt and dancers who require extra commemorative t-shirts, may

do so by completing the attached non dancer t-shirt order form on page 8 and

emailing it to [email protected] with the proof of payment accompanying

the order form.
