Extent IT Ltd. has finally started it’s journey as an organized and full-fledged IT company from December 2016 by

strengthening it capacity, expertise, manpower, resources, service and product line with a long term vision. This new journey of

this company is started focusing two major things i.e first one is quality assurance in service and product development. Second

one is priority to customer satisfaction and quality support to them 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week / 365 days per year i.e online

customer support.

We have two supreme committee. One is management committee which has the top most power of taking any decision regarding the

company. Another is advisory committee which will give advice the managing committee and create the executive committee to

implement different plans and Strategies for the company. But the Managing committee has the right to take any decision of their own

We have online monitoring and support system with 10 experienced staff. The software team has developed the online monitoring system. The support & follow up mainly starts after completion of training. Problems of the participants are identified and accordingly we provide support for solving problems. D) Monitoring Department:

Monitoring department does the routine and systematic collection of information against a plan. The information might be about activities, products or

services, users, or about outside factors affecting the organization or project. The role of monitoring department is to monitor and evaluate in providing
