Real Lettings South is a successful, comprehensive residential management agency that was established by Broadway (a homelessness charity) and Two Saints (a housing provider dedicated to supporting people at risk of homelessness). It was born out of a need to find good quality accommodation in the private rented sector for people who have been homeless and are ready to start rebuilding their lives.
We are the middle link between landlords wanting a low-risk, hands-off approach to letting their properties, and tenants who need good quality, settled accommodation in the private sector.
For landlords, we provide a professional lettings service (with guaranteed monthly rental payments for up to five years) and, for tenants, we offer ongoing housing management and advice to ensure each tenancy is a success.
If you are a landlord, our long-term leases provide a business model that not only has a clear social purpose but is an attractive and financially viable option for your rental business. With no void periods or hefty admin costs and set up fees, Real Lettings South offers a much more profitable option than high street lettings agents.

We work with private sector landlords and developers across Hampshire and West Berkshire, and offer long renewable leases ranging from 12 months to up to five years.
