Strut on in and grab a drink. We’ve got a range of unique spaces for the creative and curious.

Colourful celebrations for all sorts of occasions. Playfully provocative performances or parties that pop. We’ll roll out the red carpet for a premiere or to add some stylish sass. A special event with a signature mood; we match menus and cocktail lists with all the necessary twists. For a designer birthday dinner or champagne soiree there’s space for you to do it your way. A poolside playground, grand ballroom or vibrant function rooms.

THE MEZCALBold, sleek and very boutique. Rattan furniture, eclectic décor and signature QT tones, this intimate space is perfect for welcome drinks, cocktail parties, product launches and more. Dance into balmy nights at neighbouring Stingray Lounge bar, for a cheeky late night spot for the cocktail and tequila enthusiasts.

THE RAISED LOUNGEParty like a VIP in the raised lounge in Stingray bar, as it is in close proximity of the bar & the DJ booth! This space is equipped with funky furniture to ensure optimal comfort for you & your guests & is ideal for groups seeking a little bit more exclusivity with a VIP edge.

THE STINGRAY LOUNGESThere are 7 Stingray Lounges that surround the venue from the entrance right up to the dance floor. The ideal space for your next special occasion or gathering with an enticing food and drink menu that is perfect for sharing in your private space.

Capacity: 20-30 guests

FIXXFIXX creates the perfect place to be creative with inspiring artwork. Located on the ground level, floor to ceiling windows and vibrant furnishing that set the theme for any event. Experience a vibrant High Tea with a sprinkle of quirk, with an exclusive set up in FIXX for your event.

Capacity: Up to 250 guests

BAZAAR Bazaar re-creates a traditional marketplace with a unique twist and offers a mosaic of dishes to choose from for breakfast, brunch and dinner. Many are made to order whilst others are ready for your perusing pleasure.

Capacity: 200 guests.

YAMAGENExperience interactive izakaya dining with kushiyaki, market fresh sushi and sashimi and cutting-edge cocktails at Yamagen. From the boisterous bar to the Japanese share plates and the highly-curated Chef-led Omakase experience – Yamagen is a sensory uppercut that blends old school Japanese with new school chef innovation.

BAR TAB

Select the beverages you want available on the bar tab at a dollar limit of your choice. The team at Stingray will provide wristbands for your guests & inform you when the limit of the bar tab has been reached.

POP - UP BAR

For functions held in The Lawn, you have the option to hire our signature pop-up bar. You will have a private bar setup and a personal

bartender dedicated to your event. $250 hire fee (not inclusive of beverages).

CASH BAR

Your guests can purchase their beverages individually from the bar or your dedicated waitress.

QTEA CHIC

Make your event that little bit sweeter with our High Tea package for your bridal shower, hens, baby shower or celebration.

HIGH TEA INCLUDES

• Glass of sparkling on arrival

• Use of QT polaroid camera and take home of 10 photos

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Our spaces are in high demand on weekend evenings & we don’t want you to miss out! Enquire today and email bookings_qtgoldcoast@evt.com to secure your space.

• Arrival times must be adhered to. Groups that do not arrive within 30 minutes of their booking will risk forfeiting their area.

Due to the popular demand of function spaces, a ‘No Show’ fee of $200 will be charged to the card provided to the venue.

• All guests must comply with our smart casual dress code. Guests may be denied access in to Stingray at the discretion of management for not following these dress

standards. No effort, no entry. For more information, please speak to your co-ordinator.

• Stingray staff, management & security have the right to escort intoxicated patrons out of the venue at any time.

• A 10% deposit may be required at time of booking.

• Stingray is an over 18’s, fully licensed venue. Children under the age of 18 may attend group functions with parental supervision up until 8:30pm on weekend evenings.

• Catering requirements & full payment is due 7 days prior to your event.

• Cakes that are leftover from functions must be collected from the hotel within 48 hours of your event before they are disposed of.

• Please enquire with your co-ordinator should you require any AV equipment.

We will send a quote from the QT AV team & payment for this will be due 1 week prior to the event.

• All pre-paid food & beverage is non-refundable within 24 hours of your event’s start time.

• All pre-paid bar tabs must be used in their entirety on the evening of your event as they are non-refundable and cannot be used at a later date.
