Thank you for your interest in Sweetwater Country Club as a potential site for your upcoming Golf
Outing. We are very excited about the opportunity to host your tournament.
Sweetwater Country Club is one of the top rated golf clubs in the Houston Metroplex area. This
Roger Packard designed 36-hole golf course has been the site for many prestigious golf tournaments.
Although we are a private club, our golf course is available for outside golf outings from 60-575
players.
Our beautiful Clubhouse has a variety of rooms to accommodate groups of any size and offers the
perfect spot for your awards reception and banquet. Our experienced culinary team will create a
menu to suit your needs while our outing staff guides you through from the first drive to the last
putt. Enclosed are golf outing guidelines and menus for you to review that offer a number of food
and beverage options which we are sure will fit your needs. However, please keep in mind our
flexibility to tailor a package to suit your needs in any capacity. We are available to answer any
questions that you may have and would enjoy an opportunity to speak with you again regarding the
specifics of your event.

Welcome to our Club
Golf Event Guidelines Sweetwater Country Club would like to help make your golf tournament a success. Our standard for
service is unparalleled and our PGA Professional staff is committed to personally assisting you with
each and every aspect of your event.
Golf Outings are available for groups up of to 575 players. A minimum 100 golfers is required to have
the course exclusively.
Due to the size of our golf management company with 26 clubs all over the country, we are able to
provide our tournaments with our CBIGG Replay card. This card adds double the value to your players
as it gives them an additional round of golf for only a cart fee at any of our CBIGG clubs in their area.
This is a great item to help boost golfer participation.

Golf Event Guidelines Deposit and Payment Information A 10% deposit based on the total function estimate is due with the signed contract.
Full payment of the tournament is due upon completion of the event.
Attire All players are expected to wear traditional golf attire. No denim jeans or cutoffs will be
permitted. Collared shirts are required. Golf Shoes or sneakers only will be permitted.
Reservation Policies • All food and beverage must be provided by Sweetwater Country Club.
• For groups less than 100 players, Sweetwater may fill the additional spots with another
group.
• Sweetwater must be notified of all menu selections at least (2) weeks prior to the event
date.
• Pairings must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the event.
• The final guaranteed number of participants for food & beverage must be submitted no
later than (7) business days prior to the event. This number will be the minimum number
charged on the date of the event.

All orders with company logos require a minimum of 8 weeks processing time.
Gift certificates are available for pro shop merchandise are also available.
• Please note gift certificates do expire on the day of the tournament.
Accommodations Sweetwater Country Club offers you and your guests elegance, prestige
and exceptional service. Our breathtaking views and exquisite facilities are
perfect for your next outing.
Sweetwater Country Club has The Grand Ballroom, located on the first
level of the club, with a capacity of 300 with round tables. The Fountain
Room, located directly in front of you as you walk into the club has a
capacity of 100 with seating only. Salons A & B, located on the first floor,
can be divided into separate rooms to accommodate smaller groups of 30
to 40 people or open into one room to accommodate a larger group of 50
to 70 people. The Loft can accommodate up to 60 people and the Palm
Room can accommodate up to 30 people.
Lastly, our spacious patio area provides a beautiful area for scoring your
event.

Beverages on the Course Beverage Station (The Preferred Method to Better Serve your Guests) Stations may be set up on select holes throughout the golf course with a selection of beverages and snacks available
on a consumption basis (see prices below) and charged to your final bill. Please contact our Tournament Director
Michelle Crain for further details or to discuss other beverage options should you choose not to add beverage
stations. Also, for your convenience, we can deliver a tent, 6’ table and 2 chairs to a hole for $75 plus tax.
Beverage Cart We would be happy to arrange a beverage cart for your group. There are many options including cash sales, drink
tickets and consumption basis. A $100.00 attendant fee will apply per driver. Please contact Michelle Crain to
decide what is right for your group.
