1. If consider Ta byproduct, Rose deposit (current Indicated resource of 26.5 million tonnes of 1.30% Li2O Eq. or 0.98% Li2O and 163 ppm Ta2O5 plus an Inferred resource of 10.7 million tonnes of 1.14% Li2O Eq. or0.86% Li2O and 145 ppm Ta2O5) (CRE-web site, May 15th, 2016, diluted grades)

2. Canada Lithium, located near Authier, has a Feasibility Study showing proven and probable reserves of 17.1 million tonnes grading 0.94% Lithium Oxide at 0.60% cut off with a strip ratio of 5.4:1 in addition ofhaving a Lithium Carbonate plant recently built at a cost of $291.3 million. The plant is currently on care and maintenance due to bankruptcy filings (Glen Eagle: 2015 project update).

3. Authier: measured and indicated resource of 7.7 million tonnes grading 0.96% Lithium Oxide at 0.50% cut off. The project has a ten year mine life based on processing 2,200 tonnes per day. The data wasretrieved from Glen Eagle’s Preliminary Economic Assessment Study done by SGS Canada. The Authier Property Technical Report shows a core resource with 3.7 million tonnes grading 0.94% at a strip ratio of 2:1(Glen Eagle: Dec 2015 project update).

4. James Bay lithium pegmatite Project in Quebec, Canada contains indicated resources of 11.75 million tonnes grading at 1.30% Li2O and inferred resources of 10.47mt grading at 1.20% Li2O.5. Proven and Probable: 27.30 Mt at 1.46% Li2O (2016). Cut off grade is 0.43% Li2O open pit, 0.80% Li2O underground.6. An independent 2011 Technical Report prepared on the Moblan West deposit calculated a total mineral resource of 14.25 million tonnes (M+I+I) at a grade of 1.41% Li2O using a 0.60% Li2O cut-off grade.
