So start with get the list out of attributes

you identified in Module 5

Then rate yourself from the following

options for each attribute

Excellent

Very Good

Good

Poor

For those you have rated excellent or

very good

Write out some examples to support

your rating

If you for example you identified personal resilience as one of your best attributes

Write down details of times when you

effectively utilised that attribute

If professionalism is one of your attributes

Write down details of times when you

If you are strongly people focused

Write down details of times when you
