You may have a colleague sharing the same group(s). If so, you should have regular meetings. Besides your coordinator organizes meetings on regular basis.

What Can be logged here?Fortnightly progress report on attendance :

log names and id numbers of students with less than 70% of attendance

All non-pedagogical instructions from respective coordinator.

Copies of memos issued by respective colleges.

Covering loads for a colleague: there should be written agreement between two teachers and it should be well documented.

Results of quizzes and midterm/ progress tests

Any uncomfortable incident(s), say, confrontation in the classroom which is likely to lead to retaliation:

In the first instance, teachers should inform the details of the incident to their respective coordinator in written which can be retrieved if necessary.
