Special Student WeekEach student is assigned a special week in 1st grade! I tried to put
their week as close to their birthday as possible. Students with
summer birthdays are scheduled throughout the year and they may
bring their birthday treats in at that time.
1.On Monday, your child will bring in 4/5 photos to share and put in our classroom.
2.They will also bring the guesstimation jar on Monday. Due to food allergies, please do
not put food in the jar. The jar may have give away items, for example stickers, erasers,
pencils, little gadgets. The # of items will need to be between 20-50. We will give each
student something from the jar, and send the rest home.
3.Birthday treats may be brought in. Your child will be able to bring them to school in the
morning. No drinks or napkins are needed.
4.If possible, someone from their family may come and read to our class in the morning.
