Sep 23 - Cape Peninsula Tour BLD                                         

After enjoying breakfast you are met by your guide and embark on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Travel over the famous Chap-man’s Peak Drive to join the sea again at the town of Noordhoek .This journey continues to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve at the end of the Cape Peninsula. The reserve covers 22,000 acres and converges in the south at Cape Point, a great pinnacle of rock. You can climb the steps or ride the funicular railway the “Flying Dutch-man” to the top. From here, you may spot southern right whales in spring and early summer, as well as dolphins and a variety of sea-birds. The original lighthouse at Cape Point was built in 1860. Enjoy sparkling wine at this ultimate destination whilst enjoying Lunch at Two Oceans Restaurant.

Journeying away from the point, you continue on to Boulders, near historic Simon’s Town. This lovely beach is sheltered from the wind and famed for its colony of endangered African penguins. Boulders had just two breeding pairs in 1982, but thanks to careful manage-ment the population has grown to about 3,000 in recent years.

You then travel back towards Cape Town through the attractive, up-market suburb of Constantia, the cradle of the South African wine industry boasting famous estates like Klein Constantia.Later this evening you are transferred to the Pigalle Restaurant where you enjoy dinner. Pigalle restaurants award winning dining ex-perience has defined itself as a glamorous venue for every occasion.

Sep 24 - Fly Cape Town to Kruger Airport BLD                                         

Today you are transferred to the airport to board a flight to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport in Nelspruit. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to your private Game Lodge. The original homestead of Harry Kirkman has been beau-tifully restored; the 18 charming suites overlook the bush-veld and beautiful lawns surround the lodge and swimming pool, with spectacular views of the unspoiled landscape surrounding the Sand River.The moment you walk into the main guest area at &Beyond Kirkman’s Kamp you’ll think you’ve been transported back in time. Safaris in this part of South Africa are extraordinarily rewarding. You can look forward to getting close to the large mammals, which despite being totally wild, continue unperturbed in their natural patterns of hunting and feed-ing. Accompanied by enthusiastic and knowledgeable game rangers and trackers, you have the opportunity to learn about all the living things of the bush, as well as conser-vation, ecology and folklore, on sunrise and sunset game drives in open land rovers. After embarking on an walking safari (optional) you enjoy lunch back at the lodge. Later on in the day you meet for high tea. Afterwards you set off on your afternoon game drive.

This evening you enjoy an authentic African “braai” or bar-becue a BBQ dinner.

Dep 26 - Sabi Sand Game drives BLD                                         

As dawn breaks over the African bush, a gentle tap on your door will wake you to the delights of a new day. Your ranger will discuss what you hope to see that day over fragrant tea or coffee and morning biscuits or rusks. Set out in an open 4x4 safari vehicle in the company of a ranger and tracker team, who will attempt to track your favourite animals. Return to your &Beyond Kirkman’s for a delicious breakfast. After Lunch cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool, admir-ing the views over the Sand River, indulge in an afternoon siesta or enjoy a game of tennis or croquet. Over a late af-ternoon tea, your ranger will discuss what you hope to see during the afternoon game drive.This afternoon game drive begins in the late afternoon and lasts until after dark, when spotlights are used for a glimpse into the nocturnal bush life. Track spotted hyena as they call to each other on an evening hunt or look out for the beauti-fully patterned civet cat. The Sabi Sand Game Reserve is well known for its leopard sightings and you may well spot one of these elusive cats resting after a successful night hunt.Return to the &Beyond Kirkman’s for a mouthwatering din-ner around a blazing fire in the boma with newfound friends. Linger over coffee and dessert, sharing memories of the day gone by.

Sep 27 - Fly Kruger Park to Johannesburg BD

This morning you enjoy breakfast followed by a morning game drive (time permitting). Afterwards you are trans-ferred to the airport to board a flight to Johannesburg. Depart from the airport for your tour. Sep 30 - Overland Victoria Falls to Chobe, Botswan

This morning you are transferred overland by private vehi-cles crossing the border to Kasane, Botswana (the transfer will take approximately 1 ½ hours). You then continue on to Chobe Game Lodge. Tucked away in the northern portion of Chobe National Park is the Moorish-style Chobe Game Lodge. This afternoon you enjoy lunch at the lodge before setting off on a sundowner cruise on the Chobe River.Glide lazily down the river looking for wildlife coming to drink at the water’s edge. Absorb the quietness as sunset brings the day to a close, sometimes in a fiery departure, sometimes in a myriad of blended colors.

This evening you indulge in a boma dinner on the banks of the Chobe River. Chobe Game Lodge (2 nights)

Oct 01 - Chobe National Park Game drives

Early this morning you enjoy breakfast at the lodge be-fore exploring Chobe National Park, an area comprised of flood plains, sandy depressions, and Kalahari-type des-ert. Famed for its abundant wildlife and profusion of bird life, Chobe delights with its action-packed game drives. Venture out early in the day for possible sightings of lion, hippo, crocodile and warthogs. You might even glimpse a colony of carmine bee-eaters! After returning to the lodge for lunch you set off on a sun-downer cruise along the Chobe River.You enjoy a farewell dinner this evening at the lodge.

Your adventure comes to an end today as you are trans-ferred overland by private vehicles to Kasane and on to the Victoria Falls airport to board a flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival you connect with your homebound flight.

Today you are transferred to the airport to board a flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. After clearing Immigration and Cus-tom formalities you are met and transferred to your lodge. The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge features a private waterhole where buffalo, sable and a variety of game visit daily. All the rooms have a private balcony overlooking this waterhole.

Evening Boma experience.

The Boma in Victoria Falls nestles in a Gusu Forest and is partly open to the spectacular African night skies. The Boma is a celebration of the continents tastes, vibrant song, dance & time-honoured customs, so prepare yourself for a nights feast of fabulous food and cultural entertainment. Sep 29 - Victoria Falls tour BD

This morning you are taken on a guided, walking tour of the famous Victoria Falls - constituting one of the great natural wonders of the world. (Note: The walking tour lasts approxi-mately one hour. It is recommended that you wear appropri-ate clothing and shoes for the walk, as well as bring along suitable waterproof protection for your camera equipment). The average flow of the falls is 120 million gallons per minute and the deafening roar of the flowing water makes all con-versation virtually impossible.

At the conclusion of your tour of the falls you are transferred back to your lodge. Optional activities are available for the afternoon. Enjoy dinner this evening at the Lodge.
