Booking in for work• You will receive a text message The text will contain a reference code and the date of
the event, reply with only the code to confirm your attendance.
What to do if you can’t work
• Call the staffing team as soon as possible. Ensure you speak to someone
• You need to give us at least 24 hours notice.
• Do not reply/send a text cancelling
• You can send an e-mail but in a timely fashion.

be paying the published Living Wage rate by 1st July 2017
• Second incremental increase to the phased approach is now live £9.07 minimum for all
stadium staff
