Skillets Skillets served on home fries with two eggs, and choice of toast. Egg white/egg sub The Works Skillet Diced ham, bacon, onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Country Skillet Diced pieces of our home made Chicken Fried Steak and grilled onions covered in our home made sausage gravy. Ham or Bacon Skillet Choose either one. Topped with diced grilled onions, and cheddar cheese. Andre’s Green Caliente Diced chicken breast with onions, diced Hatch chile peppers, and tomatoes. Topped with Andre’s HOT green pork chili, then topped with cheddar cheese. Santa Fe Chicken Red Skillet The same as Andre’s above, but red chili instead of green. The Garden Skillet Tomato, mushroom, onion, pepper, and broccoli. Topped with cheddar and mozzarella. The Kitchen Sink Skillet We throw it all on! Ham, Bacon, onions, peppers, tomatoes, all covered with our chicken fried steak pieces and our home made country gravy. It’s topped off with cheddar cheese and served with a side of our HOT green chili. Mexican Beef Chorizo Skillet Served with diced onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mozzarella, & cheddar cheese.

Burritos, Biscuits & More Volcano Two homemade biscuits around two whole hog sausage patties, smothered in sausage gravy. Served with hash browns. Country Burrito Chicken fried steak, home fries, scrambled eggs*, onions, sausage gravy, & cheddar cheese. Jen’s Veggie Burrito Jen (our vegetarian since she was three) came up with this one. Our tortilla wrapped around four egg whites*, spinach, hash browns, onions, and mushrooms. We top it off with mozzarella cheese. GCB ( GREEN CHILI BURRITO) Pretty simple, but added by customer demand. Filled with scrambled eggs*, home fries, and mozzarella/cheese blend, then covered with Andre’s HOT green pork chili. Breakfast Burrito Choose diced ham or chorizo. With cheddar cheese, diced onions, home fries, and scrambled eggs*. Chicken & Waffle One of our malted waffles served with three chicken fingers on top. For a Carolina flair, pour some honey on top.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT FOOD SAFETY. By law, a restaurant is required to advise its customers if a protein such as eggs, meat, etc. could be served undercooked, increasing your chances of getting a food borne illness. That’s why you see the “*” by many of our menu items. It directs you to this; *We recommend that all of our eggs and burgers/steaks be cooked to medium-well. Consuming undercooked eggs or meats greatly increases your risk of getting a food borne illness. Skip Chase has been a food safety instructor since 1991, and is certified to teach both the ServSafe Manager Course or Prometric’s CPFM course. These are classes/exams all managers must pass to get a Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services Food Service Manager card. Everyone of our Managers is certified. In addition, Chase’s Diner is a participant in the Cutting Edge program in Maricopa County. We take food safety very seriously and urge you to check out our and others inspection scores on the county’s website.

PLATTERS Each platter comes with one side and the vegetable of the day. Sides are listed on the Burger page. Additional charge for onion rings & sweet potato fries. CHICKEN FRIED STEAK A six ounce steak, hand breaded, deep fried, topped with our sausage gravy. CHICKEN PARMESAN Served on a bed of spaghetti. A deep fried breast topped with mozzarella cheese and Marinara sauce. CHICKEN TERIYAKI Grilled breast cooked with teriyaki sauce, and topped with sliced pineapple. CHICKEN FINGERS (4) FRIED CHICKEN To be honest, this is one of the few things not prepared from scratch. We take a portion of honey chicken that includes a breast, leg, and thigh, and drop it in our canola oil. We do make the biscuit it comes with! BEEF LIVER Dipped in buttermilk, breaded, grilled, then topped with lots of onions, and a strip of our premium bacon. PORK CHOPS (1 or 2) Center cut chops. Get them seasoned & grilled on our broiler or breaded and fried on our flat top. TURKEY DINNER Served over corn bread stuffing. ALASKAN COD Flash frozen Alaskan Cod in a light batter. SHRIMP (6) Fan tailed, breaded, and deep fried. MEATLOAF Still made from scratch using Gramma Shirley’s recipe. Topped with brown gravy. Try it like Matt Chase likes it. Topped with Andre’s Spicy HOT green chili over the brown gravy RIBEYE STEAK* A choice Ribeye grilled to your desired temperature. GROUND STEAK* A full pound of ground beef topped with Bell peppers, onions, and brown gravy. SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

Our custard is made here by Nancy. An all natural treat good for a snack or dessert.

Our homemade brownie is a treat by itself. Cover one with ice cream and premium hot fudge

NANCY’S BREAD PUDDING Nancy makes all the bread pudding, switching between traditional bread pudding, seasonal

flavors, and customer favorites. Ask your server for today’s flavors.

SUNDAE

You won’t find this at any DQ. This is what your grandparents had when they

were kids. Hand dipped ice cream topped with real hot fudge, or butterscotch. Covered with real whip

cream and a cherry. Tell us if you’re sharing,

we’ll throw on an extra cherry!

BANANA SPLIT You might want to eat this before anything else.

Three scoops of ice cream over a fresh banana, topped with real whipped cream, chocolate syrup,
