IDs and Assignment Notebooks
• Every student must have both
• They will be asked to buy new ones if they lose or break them
• Please support the school in helping keep you child safe and organized by sending prompt payment to the office.
• Each costs $5 to replace.
Fail Notices
• Notices are sent out weekly for failing classes
• Students who wish to participate in extra-curricular activities must earn passing grades in all classes for the duration of the activity.
• Failing at the end of the year makes a student ineligible for activities at the beginning of 7th grade.
Parent/Teacher Conferences
Dates: Thursday, October 21 12pm-8pm
Friday, October 22 8am-1pm
• Teachers will be available in the large gym to make it more convenient for parents to visit multiple teams
• Parents wanting additional conference time are asked to sign up to meet with the 6th grade team before or after the conference dates. Meetings can be scheduled for 9:45am- 10:15am any day of the week.
PTC Volunteers• PTC is looking for parents who are willing
to help with various activities throughout the year (for example: Market Day).
• Only need be a couple of hours of your time.
• If every parent helped with one event in the year, then all our needs would be covered.
• Please consider adding your name to the call list for help.
6th Grade Field Trip!

responsible for $10 fee
• We will need parents to chaperone
