The sole purpose of this unique space is provide a wholesome experience of the rural Indian lifestyle to the visitors. Open in the evenings, the Village is doted with rock sculptures, theme fountains, thatched huts and equipments used by the villagers in their daily life. How to reach

Vijayshree is easily accessible by road, rail and air. For those who don't prefer to spend time travelling and prefer a helicopter ride, the resort has it's own helipad.

By Air

The nearest airports are at Bellari and Belagavi. Both these airports are well connected to Bengaluru International Airport, with frequent flights to all the major cities of India.

By Rail

The nearest railway station is at Hospet, just 5 kms from the Resort & 13 kms from Hampi. It has connecting trains to Bengaluru and other cities.

By Road

Hampi and Hospet are well connected by road to all the important cities and towns. Regular government & private buses ply on these roads connecting to Bengaluru and other major cities in Karnataka.

I wasn't expecting a resort to be this good in Hampi. Although many foreigners come to Hampi, but they come to other places too. But we don't find any resort of this quality there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went with family.

It is Rajasthani themed resort. Food was also very nice and tasty. They were authentic.

After a long day of exploring this historical city, your mind & body longs for a comfortable stay. Vijayshree has that !! Beautiful landscape, well & decorated & furnished rooms, prompt room service, friendly staff, you name it and they have it. Perfect ambience!!

Spread over 17 acres, it is well managed green resort. Rooms are clean and have good quality hygiene. Serve delicious breakfast with number of choices. In evening, it orgnises, Rajasthani cultural program (Folk dance, music, puppet show, camel ride etc) and serve authentic Rajasthani meal. Though, resort doesn't serve non veg food and liquor but vegetarian food of this resort really outstanding.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, it's very beautiful, the people are very polite and helpful. If I'm correct, they have free animation almost every night, from belly dancing till camel rides and a magician, so also wonderful for kids! At night we enjoyed a Rajastan-theme dinner, delicious and we had a very good time with the funny, happy staff. All by all, from my experiences there's nothing bad I can say, even though it had to be said we only stayed one night. An absolute recommendation!

The place is like a oasis in the desert. beautiful gardens, lawn and flowers. Pool is clean. and lobby great. Rooms are also comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Camel ride, magic show, mehsndi, dance etc were a good time pass in the evening.

The location, food, layout is excellent, overall service is good too, rooms are well kept and lot of open areas . The entertainment is great the horse ride, camel ride, magic show , astrologer ,dances ,rajasthani theme ,the bullock cart all go a long way in creating memories the pricing of food too is reasonable it was a great enjoyable evening that the full family loved.

The right place to stay in when you are visiting Hampi. Very close to the great, historical heritage site. A huge sprawling resort with beautiful lawns all around. Nice rooms and good vegetarian food! The management was very kind & accommodating, they gave us an sports extra TV channel as it was the football season, they let us use a computer as we had to transfer some photos from our camera. Welcoming reception & fun traditional events every evening. A few nitpicks, extra water bottles are very expensive, the heritage dinner every evening has less items and it can be a little more professional. Nonetheless they are very minor factors. It is a great place to stay in and unwind after long walks visiting great architectural places!
