The Shore Club offers many picture-perfect Ceremony and Reception locations in and around the resort and Long Bay Beach for 2 to 200 guests.

accommodations - The resort features magnificent views of Turks & Caicos’ famous turquoise waters from almost every suite and from each villa. From junior suites, to 1 and 2 bedroom suites to 4-6 bedroom villas, we have the perfect room for every guest.

spa services – Our Dune Spa not only provides amazing massage and nail services, but also the perfect location for more intimate events, such as bachelorette soirees. For full spa services including hair and make-up, we provide transportation to our sister resort, The Palms, or these can be arranged in the privacy of your own suite.

Fun activities - You and your guests will enjoy complimentary non-motorized water sports, use of 4 pools (including an adult only pool!), tennis courts, fitness center, resort bicycles, plus yoga classes, supervised Kids Club anytime during the stay, and of course, our beach with ‘on-call’ service buttons at every lounge. Let’s Do it (elopement) - perfect for couples desiring the romance, spontaneity and the excitement of eloping. What separates this package from traditional destination weddings is that a bride and groom can simply arrive at the resort with no pre-planning or wedding party and we can still give them the wedding of their dreams. Fee $1,350

intimate ceremony - ideal for couples looking for a traditional beach wedding for up to 20 guests, with all the romance and none of the stress. Package includes background music and group ceremony set up and coordination. Fee $3,050Add 1 hour of photography and small wedding cake. Fee $3,660

Unlimited ceremony - the ultimate destination wedding package for more than 20 guests. The package features private transfers, hair and make up for the bride, expanded ceremony design and set up, photography, and live music. Fee $7,010

We have ten (10) room minimum per day for a three (3) nights minimum required stay to hold a wedding at The Shore Club. A group room discount will apply based on a space available basis, group rates are based on 10 rooms minimum per 3 nights minimum stay. These are the general terms and policies to hold weddings at our resort:

All rates are subject to 12% tax and 10% service charge and 5% facility fee per night, per unit.

Group rate is inclusive of daily breakfast buffet at our Colonnade Pool Restaurant.

Group rate is based on Sgl/Dbl occupancy. extra person charges are per night, per person at $100++ per person. The maximum occupancy allowed in a Junior Suite is 2 guests. Children aged 12 and under stay free in the same room with parents sharing existing bedding. Junior Suite

has one king bed and a full-size sleeper sofa, and all Junior Suites overlook our beautiful gardens.

You and your guests will enjoy complimentary non-motorized water sports, wireless internet connection, use of tennis courts, fitness center, and resort bicycles, yoga classes, supervised Kids Club anytime during the stay (excludes meals).

A wedding group contract is required and must be signed and accepted before reservations can be guaranteed.

A non-refundable initial deposit of $5,000 is also required upon signature of the contract to hold group room block, space and wedding confirmation. This deposit will be applied to your master account once contract is signed and will be used for the food & beverage event consumption and setup and location fees.
