In consultation with the Vice-Dean of Academic

Programs, the professors and the Academic

Secretariat to see to the implementation and

evolution of graduate programs.

They have, among other responsibilities, the

function of:

• Plan the schedule and the course choices;

• Organize information sessions for students (eg,

Ph.D. Promote the engagement and initiatives

of students and professors to improve the

quality of programs;

• Evaluate exception requests and progress

reports submitted to the academic secretariat;

• Participate in the evaluation of programs.
