•Parkview Band takes a trip every other year.

•The next trip is spring 2011-12 school year.

•The trip is optional & paid for by the students. (they actually can earn the $.)

•The trips qualifies as a school field trip.

•The students may make up missed work.

Band TripsThe last trip was to Washington D.C.,

it included sightseeing and concerts. Costs for these trips are determined

by location and venues. A rough cost is communicated

around December to allow families to plan their financial path.

•Percussion Camp is the third week in July.

•Rookie Camp is the last few days of the third week in July.

•Band camp is the fourth week in July.
