Monday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM; extended hours until 5:00
Tuesday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM; extended hours until 5:00
Wednesday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM; extended hours until 5:00
Thursday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM; extended hours until 5:00
Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Grades 10-12: Minimum 10 hours
Note: There may be adjustments to required hours for seniors in 2020 -2021 pending approval.
Grade 9: Minimum 15 hours
Additional seat time may be required for the following reasons:
● Student is failing or in danger of failing a course.● Student is not responding to staff correspondence
at Crossroads FLEX or North Carolina Virtual Public Schools (NCVPS).
● Student is not submitting assignments on time.

● 8 a.m. -11:00 a.m. - Students
● 10:30 a.m. - Parents (option 1)
● 6:30 p.m. - Parents (option 2)
*August 24 – First Day of School (7:20-3:30)
November 25-27 – Thanksgiving Break
December 21-January 1 – Winter Break
*June 10 – Last Day of School

January 11-15: First Semester EXAMS
June 4-10: Second Semester EXAMS
Mid-October: PSAT- fee required -optional test for
Grades 9-11
Mid-October: Pre-ACT - Required for Grade 10
Mid-February: ACT - Required for all Grade 11
students.
Early May: Advanced Placement Exams(AP):
Students taking AP courses.
